‘The F**k?’ – AEW Star Reacts To Full Gear 2023 Main Event AEW

Britt Baker has reacted to her partner Adam Cole’s involvement in the AEW Full Gear 2023 main event, with Cole at one point set to compete.

Adam Cole has been out of action since suffering an ankle injury at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam.

Because of Cole’s injury, MJF was forced to find another partner to defend the duo’s ROH Tag Team Championship in the Full Gear Zero Hour pre-show.

While MJF ultimately teamed with Samoa Joe to retain the gold over the Gunns, it was announced later in the show that MJF would be unable to compete in the AEW World Title main event, which led to Adam Cole stepping up to take MJF’s place.

Despite this, MJF ultimately made it back to the arena in time for the world title match so fought Jay White himself.

When a new graphic for Adam Cole vs Jay White was shared during the Full Gear show, Baker took to Twitter seemingly in character to exclaim:

“The f**k?”

Commenting on MJF returning for the main event, Baker questioned the situation, writing:

“I still wanna know why 20 bodies tried to stop Max from getting in the ring but the dude with crutches from TWO ankle surgeries got a whole ass unbothered entrance?!”

Revealing that what we actually watched a miracle unfold with Cole standing ringside for MJF, Baker explained:

This is CRAZY cause this man told me the reason he’s not loading the dishwasher is because he can’t stand for very long! What we are witnessesing is miraculous folks. #AEWFullGear

MJF ultimately defeated Jay White to retain his AEW World Title.

With Will Ospreay unveiled as AEW’s star signing, MJF has criticised Ospreay for not being the ‘complete package’, which you can read more about right here.
