Spoiler On Unlikely Tag Partner For Samoa Joe ROH

Stokely Hathaway recently had his first ROH match since 2015, teaming with Samoa Joe to take on The Boys in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Hathaway is a member of the ROH Board of Directors, manager of The Firm and part-time wrestler, recently teaming with Big Bill, Ethan Page and Lee Moriarty as The Firm faced The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy), Hook & Isiah Kassidy for The Firm Deletion.

That match took place on AEW Rampage in May 2023, with Hathaway’s only other match since joining AEW being on AEW Dynamite against Hook in March 2023.

With new matches for ROH on HonorClub being recorded at AEW Collision on August 12, Hathaway teamed with ROH TV Champion Samoa Joe to take on The Boys (Brandon & Brent).

With the formidable Samoa Joe by his side, the pair celebrated their win over The Boys.

Elsewhere in the episode, it seems that Cole Karter has found a new calling, leaving with Maria Kanellis of The Kingdom.

Gravity defeated Gringo Loco.

ROH TV Champion Samoa Joe & Stokely Hathaway defeated The Boys.

Cole Karter defeated the returning Griff Garrison. Maria Kanellis came out after the bout and Karter exited with her.

Billie Starkz defeated Charlotte Renegade. The Twins attacked but Athena made the save. They teamed to run off the Twins but Athena blew off Starkz after.

Lee Johnson & Darius Martin & Action Andretti defeated Lee Moriarty & The Workhorse Men.

Trish Adora defeated Lady Frost.

Leyla Hirsch defeated Rachael Ellering via submission.

Dalton Castle defeated Peter Avalon.

Metalik pinned Tony Nese.

Tony Khan came out to put over what a great wrestling city Greensboro is and said it won’t be the last time Collision comes to Greensboro.
