An injured AEW star made their return to the company on the Zero Hour pre-show of tonight’s (September 3) AEW All Out pay-per-view.
When AEW Collision launched, it was to serve as a platform to spotlight several AEW stars who had not appeared on Dynamite frequently.
One of those names was former TNT Champion Scorpio Sky, who wrestled one match on the show after missing a year due to injury, before he was again sidelined due to a ‘freak accident’.
On the Zero Hour for tonight’s All Out pay-per-view, an Over Budget Battle Royal took place, with the winner donating $50,000 to a charity of their choosing.
One of the names in the match was Scorpio Sky, who made his return from injury during the match.
Sky has wrestled one match in over a year after being sidelined with two injuries.
The match also featured former AEW World Champion ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, among other AEW names.
Page ended up winning the battle royal, last eliminating Brian Cage.
