AEW Not Interested In Potential WWE Signing?

An update has emerged on potential AEW interest in a top WWE target, ahead of the star’s contract expiring.

Previous reports have indicated that WWE has a lot of interest in Giulia, ahead of the international star’s contract with STARDOM expiring in March 2024.

With a WWE offer reportedly on the table for the current NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion, some fans have also speculated that Giulia could join AEW’s women’s division instead.

Per Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, AEW hadn’t sent Giulia an offer as of two weeks ago.

Meltzer said:

“Giulia never got an offer from AEW, at least as of a couple of weeks ago, like two weeks ago.

“For whatever reason, they didn’t go after her. I don’t know why.”

Giulia recently wrestled in the US, defeating Trish Adora to retain her NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship at NJPW Battle in the Valley in San Jose, California on January 13.
