Vince McMahon is back on the WWE Board of Directors, claiming his goal is to facilitate a sale of the company.

PWInsider is reporting that an “all hands on deck” meeting is scheduled with WWE employees for today (January 6) at 3:30pm ET.
We will of course keep you updated with any news that comes out of the meeting later.
WWE’s statement acknowledged that Vince McMahon replaced three members of the Board of Directors with himself, Michelle Wilson and George Barrios today.
The three members that were replaced were JoEllen Lyons Dillon, Jeffrey R Speed and Alan M Wexler.
Following this news, two further members of the Board resigned of their own volition, those being Man Jit Singh and Ignace Lahoud.
That means WWE’s Board of Directors is currently:
- Vince McMahon
- Stephanie McMahon
- Nick Khan
- Paul Levesque
- Steve Koonin
- Michelle McKenna
- Steve Pamon
- George Barrios
- Michelle Wilson
Vince McMahon has stated his intention upon returning to the WWE Board of Directors is to facilitate a sale of the company.
He has changed bylaws to ensure that any media rights deals and any company sale can’t be completed without his approval.
