Former WWE Star Calls Out ‘Inhuman’ Schedule

Former WWE Star Calls Out ‘Inhuman’ Schedule WWE

Former WWE star Andrade El Idolo has called out WWE’s ‘inhuman’ schedule, comparing it with his schedule in AEW.

Andrade’s AEW career will be on the line in his match with the Dark Order’s 10 on Friday’s (October 7) edition of Rampage. If Andrade wins the bout, 10 will be forced to remove his mask, however if 10 wins, Andrade will leave AEW.

It has been heavily speculated that Andrade wants to return to WWE, with speculation fuelled by the former NXT Champion’s recent social media activity.

Speaking with Más Lucha, Andrade admitted that he feels a little stagnant in AEW, but noted that he prefers the AEW schedule to his WWE working week.

Andrade noted:

“Right now I feel a little stagnant. I feel like I want more. I feel like although I have a good contract, the schedule is good. I like the schedule because WWE was inhuman, it was quite a lot. People cannot imagine, they think because he is fighting on TV, it is the only time he fights.

“There are non-televised matches in other cities, other countries. Right now it’s difficult because I want more. I feel like I want more now that Rush is back. It’s the pressure that we want more.”

El Idolo finished up with WWE in March 2021. A number of former WWE stars have returned to the company since Triple H took over creative in July, including Karrion Kross, Dakota Kai and Johnny Gargano.

Andrade El Idolo is reportedly not on good terms with Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, the Mexican promotion that partners with AEW. You can read more about the two sides’ fractured relationship right here.
