Another Big Title Change At WWE WrestleMania 40

There was another title change at tonight’s WrestleMania 40 night two in Philadelphia on a night that’d already seen two new champs.

At tonight’s WWE WrestleMania 40 (April 7), Bayley was able to do it as she won the WWE Women’s Championship .

In the final third of the match between Bayley and defending champion IYO SKY, Bayley tried to hit a Rose Plant but SKY reversed it and things began looking dire for Bayley.

However, Bayley was then able to turn the momentum in her favor, hitting the Rose Plant and going on to win.

Dropping a flying elbow off the top rope which Corey Graves described as in homage to Bayley’s childhood favorite, Macho Man Randy Savage, she was able to capture pinfall victory.

The occasion marks Bayley’s first Women’s World Championship win at WrestleMania, her fourth singles reign on the main roster overall in her WWE career.

Earlier in the night, Drew McIntyre beat Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship, but after McIntyre was attacked by CM Punk, Damian Priest cashed in on McIntyre and left Mania as World Heavyweight Champion.
