Asuka has reacted to reports that she’s medically cleared to return to the ring, following an injury.
Conflicting reports have recently emerged on the former Raw Women’s Champion’s WWE status. While Fightful stated that Asuka’s name is still on the internal ‘inactive’ list, the likes of PWInsider have reported that the Empress of Tomorrow is ready for action, and is just waiting on WWE creative plans.
Reacting to a report that she has been cleared to return to the ring, Asuka tweeted:
“Am I medically cleared? “
Asuka has been dealing with a shoulder injury since July last year, with the star sharing a photo of her arm in a brace in August. The popular star hasn’t wrestled since Money in the Bank 2021.
