Bianca Belair has addressed her WWE in-ring absence, noting that she hopes to be back soon.
The former women’s champion hasn’t wrestled since the August 18 edition of SmackDown, when she teamed with Charlotte Flair to defeat Bayley and WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY.
Speaking with Rolling Out, Belair noted that she’s currently got a lot of exciting opportunities lined up, including her Hulu series with husband Montez Ford, and the NBC Sports campaign she’s a part of.
Hopeful that she’ll return to SmackDown soon, Belair said:
“You know, watch Sunday Night Football on NBC and on Peacock…
“Hopefully I’ll be back on SmackDown sometime soon. In the coming future, we got me and my husband, we have a Hulu show coming out, reality series so be on the lookout for that.
“Just a lot of exciting things for the future.
IYO SKY cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on Bianca Belair at SummerSlam to win the WWE Women’s Title which Belair had won just moments ahead of the cash-in.
SKY’s most recent televised title defence saw her defend the gold against Charlotte Flair and Asuka at the October 7 Fastlane premium live event.
