On tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite, Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita finally addressed their dastardly actions at AEW Double or Nothing.
In a backstage segment, Hangman Adam Page mentioned that Kenny Omega was so distressed he was out of the country and “not to Canada,” playing off of Omega’s post-Double or Nothing comments.
After the pay-per-view went off the air, Omega told the crowd that he “had two friends” from outside AEW who might be able to help him with his present losing streak against the Blackpool Combat Club.
Also on tonight’s Dynamite, an in-ring segment with Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita.
After Callis turned against Kenny Omega on a previous episode of Dynamite, he explained his rationale as needing to cut the ‘cancer’ of Kenny out of his life despite considering him as close as a nephew.
On tonight’s episode, Callis attempted to explain rather however was jeered by an unruly San Diego crowd who wanted no part of what he or Takeshita had to say.
While the crowd continued to veraciously shout down Callis, he dropped another big hint saying that Takeshita was “even better than Okada.”
Could Kenny Omega be in Japan seeking partners in arms to go against the Blackpool Combat Club and Konosuke Takeshita?
