Brock Lesnar’s daughter has uploaded video footage of a recent shot put attempt that has shattered Colorado State records.

21-year-old Mya Lesnar captured the moment in a video posted to Instagram, revealing that her attempt had reached 18.50m.

This was not only a personal best for Mya Lesnar but a new school record.

Lesnar announced:

💥18.50m💥

A new PR and a new school record!!😤
Happy with a strong start to my season.

For comparison, the current world record shot put attempt is 22.63m from Russian Natalya Lisovskaya in 1987, leaving Mya Lesnar just over four metres shy of that.

Mya Lesnar’s potential to one day break that record is evident, with the 21-year-old clearly taking after her dad’s own natural athletic pedigree.

Prior to moving to WWE Brock Lesnar was a true collegiate force to be reckoned with, closing his time at the University of Minnesota with a staggering 106-5 amateur wrestling record between there and Bismarck State College beforehand.

The Beast’s accolades would eventually earn him a place in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
