WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has shared his honest thoughts on the possibility of him competing for the UFC.
With WWE and the UFC publicly trading under parent company TKO Group, rumors have been swirling regarding potential crossovers.
Speaking with Marc Raimondi, Seth Rollins was asked about MMA fighters potentially transitioning into WWE stars following this merger.
Rollins argued that UFC fighters wouldn’t be able to do what he does, noting that he’d also suck at MMA.
Believing that he’d still be able to do better than CM Punk, Rollins said:
“I call them all out. Try it out. I can’t do what they do. I’d go in there and get knocked out or choked out in two seconds.
“I’d probably do better than Punk but I still would lose, most likely. But, they can’t come and do what we do either.
“They’re the same, same umbrella, but two totally different worlds.”

CM Punk had two fights in the UFC, first losing to Mickey Gall via a first round submission at UFC 203 in 2016.
He later went on to lose via unanimous decision to Mike Jackson at UFC 225 in 2018, but this result was overturned to a no contest after Jackson tested positive for marijuana.
Rollins went on to name a former UFC and WWE star who he believe struggled in WWE, which you can read more about right here.
