CM Punk Reacts To WWE Raw Ratings For His Return WWE

On November 27, 2023, “hell froze over” as CM Punk made his first appearance in a WWE ring for nearly a decade.

CM Punk made his return at WWE Survivor Series the night before, appearing in front of the Chicago ground at the end of the show.

This appearance led to quite a reaction from Seth Rollins with it later being reported that the pair will be feuding.

There’s been back and forth between the pair before, with Punk and Rollins continuing to take shots at each other.

Rollins would address Punk’s return on the November 27 episode of WWE Raw, referring to Punk as a “hypocrite“.

Punk also made a post on his Instagram Stories referencing Rollins’ reaction to his Survivor Series return.

With both Punk and Randy Orton now firmly back on our screens, the ratings for WWE Raw have seen a substantial increase.

As previously reported, the show pulled in 1.884 million viewers, and scored a 0.65 in the 18-49 demographic.

This gave Raw its highest viewership since the August 7 episode of the show, taking place two nights after SummerSlam, and the highest 18-49 rating since April 3, which was the night after WrestleMania.

CM Punk has commented on the ratings news, again on Instagram Stories and in his highlights, tagging both Randy Orton and Hatebreed.

The Instagram Story featured the track A Call For Blood by Hatebreed, which features the lyrics:

“I waited to erase all the memories
“And you can’t f**king stop me
“My vengeance is finally born
“Ten long f**king years (long f**king years)
“Your reign of terror is coming to an end
“And I have no mercy for your soul
“Your blood is on my hands.”
