We are now just a week away from the second night of WrestleMania 39 inside SoFi Stadium, where Cody Rhodes is set to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
Cody is set to ‘finish the story’ in the main event of the show, and he previously revealed that he plans to pay homage to all the various wrestling companies he stopped by on his way back to WWE.
Cody said that his weight belt would feature the names of all the companies he wrestled at during his time on the independents.
Taking to Twitter today, Cody showed off a sneak peak of the belt with the companies listed, including shoutouts to NJPW, ROH, IMPACT and many more.
One obvious name absent from the photo is AEW, but the bottom of the belt covers up several of the names written, so it’s possible that it is still included, just not pictured.
Cody captioned the photo:
In many respects I’m alone out there, but also I’m not…carry it with you, all of it
