Could MJF Be Headed To Hollywood Instead Of Back To AEW? AEW

Could MJF still be headed for Hollywood? According to one exec, a major production company would ‘love to explore’ it!

After the now infamous MJF pipebomb occurred in Los Angeles, MJF reportedly stayed behind to take continue to hobnob with Hollywood execs.

Now, former WWE head writer and current Seven Bucks Productions exec (yes, The Rock’s production company) Brian Gewirtz, who is doing media for his recently released book, has commented on MJF’s Hollywood prospects.

After being asked if he or Seven Bucks Productions were interested in working with MJF, Gewirtz responded:

“Look, if the opportunity presented itself, I think he’s immensely talented and I would love to work with MJF on something whether a TV show, movie, what have you. As a fellow Jewish kid from Long Island, yeah, that’s my guy, I want to see him succeed. And I love that he’s so committed to being a heel, and maybe that he is a heel, I don’t know, but it’s definitely very, very cool.”

After continuing to be pushed regarding if he had spoken to MJF, Gewirtz elaborated on the depth of their interaction.

Former WWE head writer, Brian Gewirtz saying:

“I’ll say this, yeah, I think we touched base years ago, literally years ago, and I’ve been following his career ever since. So, there has been no active talks of like, “Hey, we got the MJF project in development that’s why he’s not on AEW,” that is not happening. But if the opportunity presented itself, I would definitely love to explore it.”

By all accounts, MJF could continue to work in AEW as well as pursue Hollywood goals as it has been rumored that he will be making an imminent return to All Elite Wrestling.

MJF continues to absent from public view including social media since his explosive promo on the AEW Dynamite after his controversial weekend ahead of AEW’s pay-per-view, Double or Nothing.
