A new report has revealed a gimmick change potentially planned for WWE Raw stars.
Maximum Male Models have been an up and down run on the main roster since their formation in 2022.
First, the group was led by Max Dupri after Vince McMahon didn’t see the former NXT star as an in-ring talent. However, Triple H and his regime rechristened him LA Knight, seeing the star potential in him.
In recent months, Maxxine Dupri was effectively pulled from the group and put with the Alpha Academy’s Chad Gable and Otis full-time.
Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update, noting that Mansoor and Mace may be set for a repackaging with little details provided as far as what that means.
Vince McMahon was originally high on Maximum Male Models, but he wanted them to be less “flamboyant.”
This was later course corrected by Triple H and his regime, but Vince McMahon’s return to the company has seen this scaled back significantly as well as their usage in general.
As previously reported, reports revealed scrapped character plans for Mace last month.
