Giovanni Vinci has sent a message to Apollo Crews after losing his WWE SmackDown return match in under 10 seconds.
After weeks of build this week’s SmackDown saw the WWE return of Giovanni Vinci, competing under a new gimmick reminiscent of his time in WWE NXT 2.0.
Unfortunately for Vinci, his over confidence would seem him totally caught out by his opponent Apollo Crews whilst he was attempting to take off his jacket, with Vinci being rolled up and pinned in well under 10 seconds.
As one would expect, Vinci was not too pleased about the manner of his defeat, promising revenge on the former Intercontinental and United States Champion in digital exclusive WWE interview.
Following this Vinci would then post a further message to Crews on Twitter, further teasing repercussions would be coming his way.

WWE have not yet announced if there will be a rematch between the two on SmackDown’s USA Network premiere on September 13.
What was announced however, was a huge Undisputed WWE Championship match with a fan favorite stipulation – follow this link here for full details.
