Jade Cargill has commented on her WWE status, revealing that she knows the company’s plans for her debut.
With WWE confirming that the former AEW TBS Champion has signed a multi-year deal with the company, there has been a lot of speculation about plans for her introduction to WWE TV.
While majority of new signees start their WWE careers in NXT, WWE’s presentation of Cargill as a star to watch out for has fuelled rumors that she will bypass the developmental brand and move straight to the main roster.
Speaking with ESPN’s Marc Raimondi, Cargill stated that she actually knows which brand WWE plans to utilize her on.
Refusing to reveal whether she’s set to debut on NXT, Raw or SmackDown, Cargill said:
“Everybody’s going to have to tune in to every network to see where I’m going.
“I’m here to stir the pot and keep people guessing where I’m going to be. So, just tune in.”
While nothing has been confirmed, Cargill knowing what brand she’ll debut on indicates that WWE has plans in the works for her.
It was previously unclear whether WWE had plans to use Cargill right away, or if the former AEW TBS Champion was set to train at the Performance Center for some time ahead of her first WWE TV appearance.
Referencing the fact that she’s the first signee to WWE following the TKO merger, Cargill noted:
“I mean you can’t get any better than that. And I’m the first signing under the TKO umbrella…where else can you go to get the best quality training, nowhere else.
“The PC here is one and one, the machine is behind you…the question is, why not?”
WWE has now shared photos and a video from Cargill’s first day training at the Performance Center, which you can view right here.
