Jon Moxley Fires Shot At WWE During Promo After AEW Rampage Taping

New Undisputed AEW World Champion Jon Moxley took a shot at WWE at a promo after the AEW Rampage taping tonight (August 24.)

After the AEW Rampage taping both Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson were in the ring, cutting a promo when Jon Moxley mentioned those other guys.

Per a report from PWInsider, Mox told the crowd that the entire locker room is going to “bust their asses to put on the best professional wrestling on the planet,” for fans.

He also told those in attendance to tell their friends to check out Wednesday nights if they’re watching “that Monday and Friday night crap.”

What if my friends watch the Tuesday night crap Mox? They had gals fighting on Lego last night!

Jon Moxley unified the AEW World Championship on tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite by defeating CM Punk in a short match.

After the match as Jon Moxley celebrated with the excited Cleveland crowd, CM Punk looked back at the ring and the fans, dejected, as he was assisted up the ramp by AEW medical staff.
