Backstage Details Behind ‘Like A Dragon’ Street Fight On November 15 AEW Dynamite

A new report has revealed some backstage details behind the “Like A Dragon” Street Fight on this Wednesday’s November 15 AEW Dynamite.

On the November 15 episode of AEW Dynamite, Kenny Omega will team with Chris Jericho, Kota Ibushi and Paul Wight to face The Don Callis Family’s Konosuke Takeshita, Powerhouse Hobbs, Kyle Fletcher and Brian Cage in the “Like A Dragon” Street Fight.

This bout has gotten a great deal of promotion and hype from the company due to it being a sponsored match by video game company, SEGA.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update on the backstage details behind the match, noting that Sammy Guevara was originally scheduled for the bout.

However, Guevara suffered a concussion back at AEW WrestleDream and hasn’t been cleared as of yet.

This led to the decision to have Mogul Embassy’s Brian Cage replace Sammy in the match this Wednesday.

The report also notes that the original name for the bout was the “Final Boss Battle” Street Fight before the decision was made to go with “Like A Dragon” as the tagline.
