Ahead of his Iron Man match with Bryan Danielson at AEW Revolution, AEW World Champion MJF has a message for fans: hide your wives!

Or at least hide their access to social media so they can’t see pics of him in a towel!

Taking to Twitter to show off a pic of himself shirtless (do the cool youths call these, ‘thirst traps’?) and remind us all that he’s looking real jacked baby, MJF wrote:

“Hide your wives. I’ve been training to go an hour. #Betterthanyou #AEWRevolution”

He also then responded by dropping some integral knowledge regarding how he got such a body… or he was trolling, it’s MJF so it’s impossible to know really.

MJF added to the original tweet a a pic of the cover of Triple H’s oft forgotten body building How-To guide entitled, “Making the Game”.

MJF is the current AEW World Champion and he looks to hold on to the title at this Sunday’s pay-per-view, AEW Revolution.

He is set to face off against Bryan Danielson in an hourlong Iron Man match for the AEW World Championship.

He’s also his doing his part for equality now there is at least one article written about a ‘racy’ pic of a man being posted to his social media by him. MJF is a trailblazer in more ways than one!
