When we posed the question of where Money in the Bank would be filmed, this is not what we had in mind. It is now being reported by PWInsider that footage for the pay per view has been filmed on the roof of Titan Tower.
It was not revealed what specifically was filmed, only that it was for the pay per view. One would imagine it would be difficult to film matches on the roof but WWE has done crazier things before.
We reported earlier today that the event would still be taking place on May 10. However, it would not be filmed at the WWE Performance Center. Of all the locations they could film from, Titan Tower would not have been my first guess.
They have recently started building towards the show, with qualifying matches taking place on Raw. As of this writing, Asuka, Nia Jax, and Shayna Baszler have qualified for the women’s ladder match. More participants and matches for the show will be revealed in the coming weeks.
We will keep you updated on the filming location of the pay per view as more details become available.
