MVP Of WWE SummerSlam 2026 Tryouts Revealed

The MVP of this year’s WWE 2026 Summer tryouts over SummerSlam weekend in Minneapolis, Minnesota has been revealed.

Over SummerSlam weekend, WWE held it’s latest talent tryouts, as has become tradition in the company over the past few years.

At last year’s SummerSlam tryouts, WWE introduced an ‘MVP award’, with last year’s MVP award being given to Rayne Leverkusen, who has since signed with WWE and competes on NXT as Lizzy Rain.

Tayleigh Robertson Named WWE Tryout MVP

Taking to Instagram, Tayleigh Robertson reflected on her time at the tryouts, which she called one of the best weeks of her life.

She would also reveal that she was awarded this year’s MVP award at the SummerSlam tryouts.

She wrote:

Just finished one of the BEST weeks of my life! Getting the opportunity to tryout for the WWE is something I will always be so grateful for! This was one of the funnest, most challenging things I’ve done. This week was full of drills, cutting my first promos, taking my first bumps/ running the ropes, making friends, and finding a new passion!

I am so honored to have received the MVP tryout title belt and I’m so grateful for the coaches, WWE talent, and fans that saw something in me🫶🏻🫶🏻

Now we play the waiting game! No matter what, I can confidently say I left it all in the ring!

More New Faces Coming To WWE NXT

With the recent WWE tryouts taking place, it seems as though we will soon see a number of new faces join the company and the NXT brand.

NXT has gone through a rebuilding phase this year, with most of the brand’s top stars moving up to the main roster at the beginning of the year, including Trick Williams, Oba Femi and Je’von Evans.

A recent influx of names from WWE Evolve joining the NXT roster, as well as big free agent signings such as Naraku and Cruz Montana, have helped steady the ship during an uncertain period of the WWE NXT roster.

On the women’s side, there are a lot more names that are ready to be spotlighted on NXT television, including new names from Evolve like Kali Armstrong and Layla Diggs, and new signings like Lizzy Rain and Reina Volcan.
