A new WWE star has now officially been added to the company’s roster page after recently making their debut on TV.

Coming out of WrestleMania 42, a number of new faces arrived on NXT television following a series of major main roster call ups.

Among those names were both new free agent signings Naraku and Mason Rook, as well as some names moving up to the NXT roster from Evolve, which included Kam Hendrix.

Kam Hendrix Added To WWE Roster

Hendrix has been in a rivalry with Mason Rook on NXT television, with the two of them set for their first match against each other on tonight’s episode of NXT.

Prior to the show, Kam Hendrix has now been officially added to the WWE roster page on the company’s official website.

His description reads:

Lights. Kam. Action.

It’s a privilege to see Kam Hendrix’s face every week on NXT, and if you don’t believe him, just watch him in the ring.

As a former football star at San Diego State University, Hendrix is used to the grind, but he traded in his cleats for a pair of wrestling boots in order to show off his unmatched charisma.

Mason Rook has been taking jabs at Kam Hendrix on social media in recent weeks poking fun at Austin Theory and Maxxine Dupri’s relationship on Monday Night Raw.

NXT Stars To Join The John Cena Classic

Back at WWE Backlash in May, John Cena made an appearance on the show in what was advertised as a ‘major announcement’, which led to a lot of speculation about what Cena could announce.

Cena ended up announcing the first ever ‘John Cena Classic’, which will be a fan voted tournament pitting stars of WWE NXT against main roster talent in a manner similar to that of John Cena’s Last Match edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event back in December.

No further details on the format or date of the John Cena Classic have been revealed, though it was recently reported that WWE was targeting a December timeframe to host the event.

Cena has very publicly endorsed Mason Rook since his arrival in WWE NXT, with him being a potential front runner to take home the John Cena Classic when the time comes for it.
