WWE Star Reveals Goal To Become A Double Champion

A WWE star has pitched championship goals that would see titles held in multiple companies by them and their partner.

A former WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Maxxine Dupri has recently joined The Vision and become close to Austin Theory.

With the star describing their relationship as “perfect“, it likely comes as no surprise that Dupri can see herself holding a championship with Theory.

That isn’t the only title reign on her mind, however, as she revealed a two-time Women’s Intercontinental Championship goal during a conversation with WittyWhittier, saying:

“I think I’ll be holding two titles. I think I will be a two-time Women’s Intercontinental Champion, and I think that me and Austin Theory will be Mixed Tag Team Champions at AAA. I just think that us holding gold together is just what needs to happen.

“And, I think while we’re there, like if I have two titles, then my man’s going to have two titles.”

Raquel Rodriguez is the current Women’s Intercontinental Champion, having defeated Sol Ruca on the July 27 episode of Raw.

A month earlier, Dupri came up short against Rodriguez in singles action on the June 26 episode of Raw.

When it comes to which title Theory should have, Dupri took a swipe at Chad Gable, the current WWE Intercontinental Champion, stating:

“I think that him as a the men’s Intercontinental Champion because can we talk about Chad Gable for just a second? Absolutely not. So, that’s why Austin Theory needs to dethrone that quickly… quickly.”

Gable defeated Penta to become WWE Intercontinental Champion at SummerSlam Night 2 on August 2.

When it comes to the Mixed Tag Team Championship over in AAA, La Hiedra and Laredo Kid are the current title holders, having beaten Lola Vice & Mr Iguana at Verano de Escándalo on July 25.

The Vision Needs The Gold Standard

Formed in April 2025, the only original member of The Vision that remains part of the faction is Bron Breakker, with Paul Heyman having seemingly recently departed, telling them, “Maxxine was so magnificent tonight, what the heck do you need me for?” on the July 13 episode of Raw.

Despite their prominence on Raw, title reigns have been somewhat thin on the ground over the past years. The faction has seen two reigns as WWE World Tag Team Champions for Austin Theory and Bron Breakker, with Logan Paul holding the title until his injury. Singles competition saw Seth Rollins as World Heavyweight Champion.

There’s little doubt that another singles title reign will be in the future of Bron Breakker, with the star being a two-time Intercontinental Champion since his main roster call-up.

Dupri suggesting that Theory should end Gable’s Intercontinental Championship reign quickly would be an interesting direction for the star. A two-time WWE United States Champion, it would give Theory another step in the direction of a world championship. Although seeing Breakker and Theory both target Gable could be a story of its own.

That said, with Dupri described as “magnificent” by Heyman, there are opportunities there for the star to become a champion once again. After all, opportunities are what she is seeking.
