The referee currently planned to officiate the WWE WrestleMania 40 night one main event featuring The Rock has been revealed.
Rock teams with Roman Reigns in the last match of the night against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
Fightful Select has posted a full list of the planned referees for all the night one matches.
Featuring on the list for the main event tag team match is Chad Patton.
Patton was also the referee who went to Los Angeles to help with The Rock’s training sessions with NXT faction Gallus ahead of his WrestleMania return.
Elsewhere, Shawn Bennett is planned to referee the opening match between Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley.
The 12-man tag team ladder match has multiple referees assigned to it – Ryan Tran, Danilo Anfibio, Jessika Carr, Daphanie LaShaunn and Jason Ayers.
Rod Zapata is planned to officiate the Rey Mysterio & Andrade vs Santos Escobar & Dominik Mysterio, and Dan Engler is planned to do so for the six-woman tag match between Damage CTRL and the team of Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill and Naomi.
Eddie Orengo is planned for the Intercontinental Championship match between Sami Zayn vs GUNTHER.
We will of course be providing live updates throughout WrestleMania and all weekend.
