Potential New WWE Tag Team Update

Potential New WWE Tag Team Update WWE

There has been an update on a potential new WWE tag team after the pair made an appearance together again tonight on NXT.

On tonight’s episode of NXT, another appearance from WWE main roster star Natalya as she supported Karmen Petrovic.

After tangling last week, Karmen Petrovic would take on Lola Vice however the match didn’t go quite as well as she might have hoped.

Despite Vic Joseph on commentary again mentioning the ‘Canadian Connection’ between Natalya and Petrovic – this time also including that Petrovic had been working with another Canadian star Kevin Owens – she was unable to pick up the win.

In the end, Lola Vice would pick up the win after Petrovic tapped out to a Sharpshooter from Vice, right in front of Natalya, who is obviously known for that particular submission hold.

You can see more from the finish of the match below.

Elsewhere on tonight’s episode of NXT, Jacy Jayne picked up a win over Fallon Henley after interference from Jazmyn Nyx, Kiana James and Izzi Dame, leading to the addition of Jayne, James and Dame vs Henley, Thea Hail and Kelani Jordan for Stand & Deliver.

Also at NXT Stand & Deliver, Lyra Valkyria defends her Women’s Title against Roxanne Perez, Ilja Dragunov defends the NXT Championship against Tony D’Angelo, and Oba Femi is in action against both Josh Briggs and Dijak in a three-way for Femi’s North American Championship.

Also earlier in tonight’s episode it was confirmed that the Wolf Dogs (Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker) would put their NXT Tag Team Championship on the line against Axiom and Nathan Frazer.
