Another AEW star from the women’s roster has qualified for the Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament after a tough match on AEW Rampage.
While Willow Nightingale put on a strong performance and was able to get in a variety of impressive offense, ultimately it was Red Velvet who would emerge victoriously and move on to compete in the Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament.
Red Velvet joins Hikaru Shida, Toni Storm and Jamie Hayter who have already also qualified to enter the tournament.
The Owen Hart Memorial Cup Tournament is currently announced to begin in May 2022 and will feature both a men’s and a women’s tournament to crown the inaugural winners at AEW’s Double or Nothing with plans for Dr. Hart to be in attendance at the event.
