WWE held it’s most recent batch of talent cuts on September 21, with many names across both the main roster and NXT being released from their contracts.
One of the more noteworthy names released was Hit Row’s Top Dolla, who only made his return to the company the prior year after Triple H took over WWE creative.
What came as more of a surprise to many was, while Top Dolla was released, his partners Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis and B-Fab were not.
WWE took to social media to ask fans who they believed was the ‘future of WWE’, which prompted a response from Top Dolla.
Dolla simply responded with a photo of his former Hit Row stablemates.
The released WWE main roster names are still bound by a 90 day non-compete clause, which is set to expire on December 20.
The NXT names released have had their 30 day non-competes expire, with one already reappearing in wrestling following his WWE release.
