Rey Mysterio’s Daughter & Dominik Mysterio’s Sister Aalyah Mysterio Joining WWE Major Update

A major update looks to have emerged on Aalyah Mysterio – the daughter of Rey and sister of Dominik – joining WWE.

During the pandemic era in the WWE ThunderDome, Aalyah Mysterio made numerous appearances on WWE TV as part of a feud between Rey Mysterio and Seth Rollins, where she and Buddy Murphy were becoming romantically involved with each other in a storyline.

That ended up being abruptly dropped, and since then, Aalyah hasn’t appeared much with the exception of the 2023 feud between Rey and Dominik Mysterio that resulted in their match against each other at WrestleMania 39.

However, in the background, Aalyah Mysterio has been training in the ring, which is something that Rey has talked about on numerous occasions.

Now, it looks like there’s a major update on her potentially joining WWE.

Friends of Aalyah have posted photos on Instagram that show her with a cake with the message writting in icing, “Florida’s about to get 619’d.”

There are also captions on the posts, including:

“You’re WWE’s problem now – c u on tv”

“We love you and are over the moon for you!! BOOYAKA BOOYAKA”

“I’m SO excited for you and this next chapter!!!! Couldn’t be more proud of you”

“Florida better get ready for the next Mysterio”

With the WWE Performance Center based in Orlando, Florida, it would appear that Aalyah Mysterio could be the newest official recruit.

She has been training there in recent months, but there wasn’t confirmation that she was actually signed to the company.

She’s also trained recently at Nattie Neidhart and TJ Wilson’s Dungeon facility, as well as at Bayley’s Lodestone camp in Las Vegas during WrestleMania week where she trained alongside Eddie Guerrero’s daughter Sherilyn Guerrero, who started her own in-ring career last year.
