Road Dogg Says He Still Wants An AEW Gig WWE

Road Dogg Jesse James (real name, Brian James) wants you to know, he still wants a job with All Elite Wrestling.

He wants a job from Tony Khan so badly, he’s openly discussed how he has been “begging” for a job.

Brian James has frequently noted in the past that he thinks AEW would benefit from his expertise and that he could help their product.

James has now again mentioned that he feels that Tony Khan giving him a role in AEW would actually benefit them, saying:

“Well, and look, truth be told, I’d love to work there because I do think I could make his television show better for the viewer. Having said that, I’m having a really good time right now doing the podcast, doing other people’s podcasts, doing stuff like this, doing the conventions and the signings and stuff, man. It’s so much fun, and I get to spend time with my family like I’m in a really good place. If I can pay the light bill, I’ll be happy just sitting right here.”

In a non-traditional approach to job seeking, James has been vocal regarding issues he feels are present within AEW with frequent critiques on his podcast Oh You Didn’t Know?

James’ podcast this week is focused on having served as a producer for the event, Ric Flair’s Last Match last weekend in Nashville, Tennessee.

Something he recently has enjoyed recently? The Dumpster match between The Acclaimed and his wrestling nephews of sorts, The Ass Boys.
