A returning star is set to challenge Samoa Joe on the April 20 edition of ROH TV.
At ROH Supercard of Honor, Samoa Joe defeated Mark Briscoe in an emotional match to retain the ROH World Television Championship.
On April 18, Ring of Honor Twitter account announced that Joe will make his next defense of the championship against the returning Colt Cabana on the April 20 episode of ROH TV on Honor Club.
The last time Cabana appeared on AEW or ROH was on the November 2, 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite in a loss to Chris Jericho with the ROH World Title on the line.
Also announced for the show, AAA Mega Champion El Hijo Del Vikingo will go one-on-one with Gringo Loco.
Athena will also be in action in a ROH Women’s World Championship Proving Ground match against Heather Reckless and Konosuke Takeshita will face The Firm’s Lee Moriarty.
As previously reported, an AEW star made an intriguing pitch to Tony Khan in regards to Ring of Honor recently.
