Roman Reigns’ Role In Bloodline Story Amid ‘Indefinite’ WWE Absence WWE

Roman Reigns’ role in the Bloodline storyline in WWE amid his ‘indefinite’ absence following WrestleMania 40 has been revealed.

Reigns’ historic 1316 day reign as the Universal Champion came to an end at WrestleMania 40, when Cody Rhodes finally finished the story, defeating Reigns in the show’s main event.

Following the show, it was reported that Reigns would be taking significant time off, with him not set to be an on screen factor in the next chapter of the Bloodline storyline for a while.

However, per WrestleVotes, even throughout Reigns’ absence from television, which is said to be ‘indefinite’, he will have substantial creative input into the Bloodline story’s evolution over the next few months.

They tweeted:

I’m told that although Roman Reigns will be off TV for an indefinite period of time, he will still have substantial creative input in the evolving Bloodline storyline over the course of the next few months.

A major shakeup in the story took place on last week’s SmackDown, when the debuting Tama Tonga joined the faction, and he and Solo Sikoa kicked out Jimmy Uso following his loss to his brother Jey at WrestleMania 40.
