Sammy Guevara doesn’t seem to think that ex-WWE star Top Dolla will be joining AEW anytime soon.
In a recent live stream with Alan “5” Angels, Guevara was asked if he thinks the former Hit Row member will head to AEW. Guevara was quick to answer ‘never’, before moving on.
Guevara and Angels didn’t appear too serious during the stream, so it is a possibility that the TNT Champion’s answer just a quick quip, poking fun.
Earlier this year, Top Dolla called out a number of AEW stars including The Acclaimed and EVPs The Young Bucks, taking shots at the teams’ footwear.
Top Dolla, Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott and Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis were released by WWE on November 18, following B-FAB being let go by the company on November 4. It has been reported that backstage heat on Top Dolla likely lead to WWE releasing Hit Row.
