Saraya has responded to criticism of her promo on Wednesday’s (September 28) edition of AEW Dynamite.

Following her shock debut at AEW Grand Slam, the former WWE Divas Champion addressed the AEW crowd, and the women’s locker room, on this week’s show.

Saraya told fans that she plans to bring the revolution to AEW, before she was interrupted by Britt Baker. The segment ended with Saraya announcing that the Interim AEW Women’s Title bout between Toni Storm and Serena Deeb would be a Lumberjack Match.

The segment has been criticised by fans for a variety of reasons, including Saraya appearing to trip over her lines near the beginning of the segment.

On Twitter, Paige shared a GIF of a brawl, captioning the post:

“Some of wrestling twitter when anyone makes a hiccup:”

The former ‘Paige’ finished up with WWE in July after the company decided not to extend her contract.

While Saraya’s in-ring status has not been confirmed, the former WWE star teased a match with Jamie Hayter following AEW Grand Slam.
