Mercedes Mone/Sasha Banks Comments For First Time After AEW Debut

Former WWE star Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) has now commented on her AEW debut at Dynamite Big Business.

Following heavy speculation about her debut, Mone made an appearance during Wednesday’s (March 13) Dynamite Big Business special episode.

She opened the show with a heartfelt promo, thanking fans in her hometown of Boston, Massachusetts for supporting her through her highs and lows.

Mone later saved Willow Nightingale from Skye Blue and TBS Champion Julia Hart, following Nightingale’s victory over Riho.

The former Sasha Banks has now taken to Twitter to share the official graphic confirming that she’s All Elite.

She captioned the post:

Mercedes Mone has been using the CEO nickname since her first post-WWE appearance in January 2023, with the popular star previously going by ‘The Boss’ in WWE.

She hasn’t wrestled since the May 2023 NJPW Resurgence show, during which she suffered a broken ankle during her match with Willow Nightingale to crown the inaugural NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion.

While Mone has teased that she has unfinished business with Nightingale, another AEW feud was teased for Mone during Dynamite Big Business.
