There has been very little, if any, updates on the ongoing MJF and AEW saga since his last appearance on the show back on June 1. In fact given everything that has happened since then it feels like an eternity ago.
Tony Khan has refused to comment on the situation when asked about it, with only a few AEW stars commenting on the situation since then.
AEW posted a meme regarding the ongoing Kevin Durant saga in the NBA, mocking up a fake ‘All Elite’ graphic for him, to which Scorpio Sky named the AEW stars he would see traded for Durant.
He joked:
Hearing from my sources Brooklyn’s asking price for Kevin Durant is Kenny Omega, Evil Uno, and 3 future firsts. We’ll see what happens.
When a fan responded to Sky, saying that AEW should just trade him for MJF, Sky responded:
Why would Brooklyn trade 1 backstage headache for another?
Former rival of MJF, Chris Jericho, recently spoke about the situation, claiming that MJF is ‘not as good as he thinks he is’.
Why would Brooklyn trade 1 backstage headache for another?
