Sheamus Doesn’t Understand Why This WWE Star Isn’t In Money In The Bank Ladder Match WWE

The Celtic Warrior Sheamus has explained his confusion surrounding London, England’s Money in the Bank Premium Live Event on July 1, specifically a certain star’s omission from the men’s ladder match.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Sheamus expressed his happiness for his fellow Brawling Brute Butch’s qualification for the match, however, the veteran feels that Butch should also be joined by stablemate and fellow Englishman Ridge Holland.

Sheamus explained:

“Butch is in that Money In The Bank, I’m delighted for him, he’s great, he’s gonna be in front of his home crowd.

“To be honest with you, Ridge should be in that match as well, 100%. They’re in London, I don’t understand why Ridge isn’t in that match.

“You’ve got a great opportunity there for that, but I don’t book this stuff, you know what I mean?”

While the six-man field for the Money in the Bank ladder match has been confirmed, Sheamus and Ridge Holland may have a chance to earn their way onto the card yet.

On this week’s Smackdown (June 16) they will take part in a tag-team gauntlet match to determine the number one contenders for Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens’ Undisputed Tag Team Championship.

However, unfortunately for Sheamus and Ridge, the date of the eventual championship match has not yet been confirmed.

In the same interview Sheamus expressed his displeasure at he himself not yet being booked for the 02 Arena, especially given his performance at the company’s previous UK PLE at Clash at the Castle.
