Update On Dolph Ziggler Post-WWE Plans WWE

AEW star Ryan Nemeth has commented on Dolph Ziggler’s life post WWE, telling fans to expect a different version of his brother going forward.

After 19 years in the company multi-time former champion Dolph Ziggler was released from his WWE contract on September 21.

While we are still unclear as to what Ziggler’s release means for his future inside the squared-circle, we do at least know when we can expect to see the Show-Off show up next.

As previously announced Ziggler, real name Nic Nemeth, will be appearing alongside Ryan for the Hunkamania Holiday Tour, a comedy event with shows in both Los Angeles on November 16 and Chicago on November 24.

While Ziggler and Ryan Nemeth have shared the stage many times before, this tour has a heightened level of anticipation given the fact it will be Ziggler’s first public appearance since his WWE departure.

Now, in a new interview with Sports Illustrated, Ryan got a chance to discuss the two-night event and his brother’s involvement in it.

He said:

“You’ll be catching a different Dolph–a Nic Nemeth who is doing live comedy without being employed for the last two decades by WWE.

“That is a very unique, first time ever sort of thing. It’s safe to assume he’s got some interesting new material.”

Given Ziggler’s comedy career, its unclear whether the 43-year-old will return to the ring, and if so, for whom.

An AEW name recently stated his belief that Ziggler will land back in WWE, while there have also been reports of interest from IMPACT Wrestling/TNA.
