WWE Raw star Natalya, who has seen and done just about everything in her lengthy career, is about to take off on her first trip ever to India, ahead of a match at the Superstar Spectacle event on Friday, September 8.
The event takes place in Hyderabad, India at the GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium and is set to feature other marquee names such as John Cena, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and Natalya’s opponent on the night Rhea Ripley.
As she sets off to make the trip to India, Natalya took to Twitter to express her gratitude for the incredible opportunity, saying:
Leaving for India today with a grateful heart. I’m so excited to be there for my first time.
As mentioned, Natalya will compete with Rhea Ripley at Superstar Spectacle, with Ripley’s WWE Women’s World Championship on the line.
Ripley and Natalya have grown to be regular foes throughout 2023, competing in two televised title matches at Night of Champions 2023 and the July 3 Raw, but they have also wrestled consistently on WWE Live Events for much of the year as well.
Providing she can get past Natalya at Superstar Spectacle, Ripley will be expected to once again defend her title on the September 11 Raw, as a rematch from WWE Payback with Raquel Rodriguez was announced for the show in Norfolk, VA.
Elsewhere at Superstar Spectacle a match that was recently placed in doubt has now been confirmed to be taking place in Hyderabad, for more information click here.
