On tonight’s WWE Raw, the fans in Memphis went bananas when LA Knight’s music hit although they were quickly disappointed.
It wasn’t LA Knight at all, rather the Miz dressed in LA Knight cosplay. After the A-Lister got in the ring though, he went on to give a pretty hilarious impression of the fan favorite Knight.
Making a point to repeat all of LA Knight’s most beloved catchphrases, the Miz mocked Knight’s appeal to the crowd.
Telling the crowd that WWE fans were more intelligent and sophisticated than to just be blindly cheering for recycled cadence and catchphrases, he planned on freeing them from the spell LA Knight has put them under.
Because one thing that fans will not cheer is a loser and when the Miz beats LA Knight at WWE Payback, he will prove that LA Knight is over.
Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE Raw, a new title match was announced for this Saturday’s premium live event, WWE Payback.
