A big update has emerged on plans for Finn Balor, under the Triple H regime.
The difference between Balor’s presentation on the main roster vs his presentation for his two NXT runs has been night and day.
Per WrestleVotes on Twitter, Balor will soon play a more significant role on WWE TV, with big creative plans in the works for the inaugural Universal Champion.
WrestleVotes tweeted:
“I’m told that significant plans are lined up for Finn Balor in the future. I don’t know exactly for what those plans are, but he is a strong favorite of the new leadership group. Expect Finn to play a big role in the foreseeable future of WWE.”
Balor is currently a member of the Judgment Day faction, joining the group in early June. Moments after Balor sided with the faction, he, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley turned on Edge, kicking the founding member from the stable.
The two-time NXT Champion will face Edge in an I Quit match at the October 8 Extreme Rules event.
