Hall Of Famer Names Best WWE Tag Team Ever That Puts ‘Asses In Seats’ WWE

A WWE Hall of Famer has named the tag team that he feels outshines other legendary teams by putting “asses in seats.”

With the The New Day, Dudleyz, Edge & Christian and the Hardys also in the conversation, Bully Ray claimed that a current top tag team in WWE puts them all in the shade.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray looked at Jimmy & Jey Uso’s current storyline and stated it’s:

“A storyline that is continuing to put asses in seats.”

On the Friday June 16 episode of WWE SmackDown, The Usos were finally reunited in their cause, leaving Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa flat on their backs.

Rikishi, the father of The Usos, commented on the actions of Jey following WWE SmackDown.

Speaking further on the impact of The Usos, Bully Ray said:

“What matters to me is that the Usos are involved in something that has the entire wrestling world talking.

“The New Day have never done that, and the Hardys have never done that, and Edge and Christian have never done that, and the Dudleyz have never done that.”

Eric Bischoff has previously heaped praise on the Bloodline storyline, declaring it better than the nWo in WCW.

The segment from WWE SmackDown has been viewed more than 1.8m times in three days (at the time of writing) that it has been available on YouTube and can be seen below this news story.

Following the June 2 episode of WWE SmackDown, WWE revealed that the 1,000 Days of Roman Reigns segment had been received 40m views across all digital social media platforms.

In response to this news, Rikishi noted that the Bloodline were good for WWE business.
