WWE had a special guest come by the NXT Performance Center today as one visitor got an up close and personal tour of the facility.
WWE NXT’s Twitter account wrote about a special visitor at the PC, a Make a Wish foundation youngster named Auggie.
Sharing some snaps from the visit, Auggie looked thrilled to meeting their favorite NXT stars including posing with Andre Chase, Duke Hudson and Thea Hail from Chase U and there’s more!
Auggie also took in a match from a front row seat, next to Shawn Michaels no less while Auggie got to keep watch over an important prize.
Auggie held Carmelo Hayes’ WWE NXT Championship title belt for him while he was busy in the ring!
After the match Auggie was able to get into the ring and pose alongside the champ for a moment that they’re sure to never forget!
With Carmelo Hayes to share his own perspective and thanking Auggie, saying:
“So honored to be able to do things like this!
“This dude was so cool. He probably doesn’t realize how much it meant for all of us to share this moment with HIM. 🙏🏾”
Andre Chase took to Twitter as well to share that Auggie was granted an honorary degree during his visit, writing:
“This is my friend Auggie.
“Today I had the privilege of presenting him an Honorary Superstars Degree of Arts in the Field of WWE History‼️
“Proud to call him an official #ChaseU alumni 🙌🏼”
WWE has an established partnership with Make A Wish Foundation, granting hundreds of children’s wishes each year to get to meet their favorite WWE stars or take in a live event.
This week the stars of NXT are back in live action after the pre-taped episode aired this past week on the Fourth of July American holiday.
