WWE Star Returns To In-Ring Action After Nine Months Away

WWE Star Returns To In-Ring Action After Nine Months Away WWE

After being out of in-ring action for nine months, a WWE star has made their in-ring return tonight (April 18). Find out who has returned.

A WWE star has returned to in ring action after being away for nine months on tonight’s edition of NXT ahead of their big spring special, Spring Breakin’.

Noam Dar may have returned to NXT screens over the past several weeks already but he has now made his in-ring return.

Dar was victorious in the match against Myles Borne.

Dar actually beat Borne at a house show on April 15 too, but this was his first match on WWE TV since NXT UK in July 2022, and incredibly despite being with WWE since 2016, it was his first ever match on an episode of NXT.

On tonight’s edition of WWE NXT, the NXT UK Championship holder was introduced with a new name for his championship.

On commentary and during his ring entrance, Noam Dar was referred to as the “NXT Heritage Cup Champion”.

Dropping the NXT UK designation, it seems the Heritage Cup will remain in place.

Elsewhere at tonight’s NXT taping, a fan favorite star made their return after two months out of action due to injury.

Also, a championship has officially been given a new name and a talent debuted a new aspect to their character and a big triple threat match was teased for next week’s NXT Spring Breakin’.
