WWE Referee Shoots On Chicago Fans

WWE Referee Shoots On Chicago Fans

Being booed as a professional wrestler is great when you’re a heel, and on the whole, that is what happens.

There are however the exceptions.

For the last three decades, or at least that’s how it feels, Roman Reigns has been booed world over, despite being labelled as one of the company’s top baby faces.

This is not really his fault. WWE continues to shove him down our throats so much that the fans are sick and tired of seeing him main event shows he has no business main eventing.

And clearly the booing and the lack of interest is affecting more than just the wrestlers, as long-serving WWE referee Charles Robinson has taken to Twitter to share his thoughts on the matter.

Robinson is referring to the crowd starting a Mexican wave during the Roman vs Jinder match, but honestly, I think he’s missed the point.

The crowd was really hot last night as it always is in Chicago. It’s no coincidence that they suddenly turned when this match started.

It’s a match that no-one wanted to see, so why should we feign interest in it?

What do you think about Robinson’s comments? Let us know in the comments.
