Released WWE Star Thanks Company Ahead Of Free Agency WWE

A released WWE star has thanked the company ahead of their official free agency beginning on December 21.

Between September 21-22, many WWE talents were let go from their contracts including the likes of Dolph Ziggler, Matt Riddle and Mustafa Ali.

One other name let go was former Hit Row member AJ Francis (FKA Top Dolla), with he and the majority of talents then required to sit out a 90-day non-compete clause before seeking work elsewhere.

Now, as that day finally arrives, Francis has sent a message of tanks to his former employer, before teasing a new era as enters free agency:

Francis posted:

Thank You @WWE

Tomorrow begins the Dolla Era

Don’t Say I Didn’t Warn You

Francis’ first moves away from WWE were recently revealed as he was announced to be returning to GCW in the new year, specifically for the January 26 GCW Look At Me event.

Also announced for that same show is fellow WWE release Mansoor, one of many stars making their next steps post-WWE.

While some; such as Ali and Shelton Benjamin have yet to be announced for any upcoming bookings, there has been speculation rampant regarding one of the released stars potentially moving to TNA in the new year.

TNA President Scott D’Amore recently announced that the company were negotiating what could be their biggest ever signing for their upcoming Hard To Kill pay-per-view on January 13.

This has led to fan speculation that one of the released WWE names could potentially fit that bill, however, nothing has been confirmed on this just yet.
