Charlotte Flair has shared a new video of her returning to the gym for training following her recent surgery.
Flair suffered a knee injury during her match against Asuka on the December 8, 2023 edition of SmackDown, with WWE later announcing that she’s expected to be out of action for nine months.
Following reports that Flair has suffered tears to her ACL, MCL and meniscus, the former women’s champion confirmed that she has had surgery.
Flair has now shared a new update on her injury rehab, revealing that she has returned to the gym just 14 days following the surgery.
Charlotte shared photos of herself on Instagram both in a knee brace, and on the treadmill without a brace, which you can view below.
She also shared a video of herself doing an exercise to move her knee, which you can also watch below.
Flair captioned her post:
14 days post-op and first day back in the gym 💎💪🏻👊🏻
DESTROY & REBUILD 🦋
Flair appears to be training at a WWE gym, with a WWE logo shown on the door in the treadmill photo.
While WWE has publicly announced that Flair is expected to be out of action for nine months, those close to Flair reportedly believe that Flair could beat that recovery timetable.
We continue to wish Flair a safe and healthy recovery.
