WWE Star To Make In-Ring Debut Soon WWE

Based on what happened on last night’s June 5 episode of WWE Raw, it looks like there will be an in-ring debut coming up soon.

One of the storylines that has run through the past several months has been the saga of Otis and Maxxine Dupri, which started with Dupri seemingly trying to recruit Otis to join the Maximum Male Models, but has ended up as Dupri joining the Alpha Academy instead.

On May 22, Alpha Academy (Otis and Chad Gable) had a match against the Viking Raiders with Dupri and Valhalla in each team’s corner respectively, with Dupri eventually confronting Valhalla, but then running away, because, well, Valhalla is scary.

A week later, it was Alpha Academy against Imperium, and once again, Valhalla showed up at ringside, but this time, it was the first time we’ve really seen Dupri get physical as she delivered a roundhouse kick to Valhalla, but once again, Valhalla chased Dupri away.

Then, last night, Alpha Academy and Dupri were shown backstage and it was made pretty clear that they’ll be training Dupri to have her first match in WWE soon, presumably either a singles match against Valhalla or a six-person tag match.

Chad Gable did say that he wouldn’t be able to train Dupri in the outfit she was wearing, so she went to get a new one but we didn’t see them on the show again, but we’ll likely be getting some kind of fun training videos starting next week.

Dupri has said in recent interviews that she feels ready to make her in-ring debut, but also isn’t rushing to get it done because she’s enjoying her current role.

Even during her time in NXT under the name Sofia Cromwell, she didn’t actually have any matches.
