WWE Star Going ‘Back To The Drawing Board’

WWE Star Going ‘Back To The Drawing Board’ WWE

A WWE star has broken their silence after a disappointing loss at a recent Premium Live Event.

In what was the final PLE offering for WWE of the calendar year, NXT Deadline provided its fair share of talking points including a surprise CM Punk appearance and ‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio losing his NXT North American Championship.

While those moments stole headlines, the marquee matches for Deadline were once again the mens and women’s Iron Survivor Challenges.

In the women’s match, Blair Davenport knocked off Tiffany Stratton, Lash Legend, Fallon Henley and Kelani Jordan to earn a shot at NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria; finishing the allotted 25 minute time period with three points.

Davenport managed to edge out Legend who scored two points on the board with Henley and Stratton scoring one a piece.

Unfortunately for perhaps the match’s biggest underdog Kelani Jordan, things did not go as well; scoring zero points overall to finish in last place.

Despite the disappointing setback however, Jordan remained upbeat afterwards, breaking her silence with a post on Twitter saying:

Feeling it today, but I’d take those risks again any day!!

Thank y’all for all the love!!

It was an incredible experience, now back to the drawing board.

Considering Jordan is only little over a year into her NXT journey, she has already earned some big opportunities on the brand.

Prior to qualifying for the Iron Survivor Challenge, Jordan came narrowly close to winning the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament; being defeated by Lola Vice in the finals.

A recent report has indicated how WWE feel about Jordan’s progress in her career thus far, click here for full details.
